I dont notice any speed reduction using it download torrents. I have a 20 megabit line too. I mostly just use the U.S. servers. Id think the Hong Kong one might work well in China. I do wonder why they have relatively few server cities. I assume this is because they are still pretty new. I definitely recommend the service though.
